I’ve been with this agency since 2017 when they took over Tom Mere insurance. They’ve steadily upheld their professionalism, higher than my standards. I started as a 24 y/o with a lot of stuff on my record and a very high monthly rate. Abbey, advised me along the way and since I started using them my monthly payment has gone down substantially, by almost 75% of what it was when i started. id highly, HIGHLY recommend you take your business to them!

This morning, I went to the office with a batch of papers related to my losses after Hurricane Ian that needed to be signed by my agent, Loraine Castelli.
Please understand that the hurricane caused immense damage. And, although we remain in the home to oversee work, the experience has been depressing and overwhelming as we try to navigate a way forward.
When my husband and I entered the Moody building, we were assured that our documents would be handled as we waited.
Ms. Castelli was efficient, thoughtful, and diligent. It took some effort to pull everything together. My home is a wreck. Paperwork is challenging to locate. Ms. Castelli was careful to go over all my documents to be sure everything was signed and notarized. She also created a separate file of copies for my personal records.
All this might sound hum-drum. But you had to be there to understand my angst and Ms. Castelli and her colleagues' desire to calm them by reassuring us.
Hurricane damage can bring you to your knees. This morning, the team at Moody, especially Loraine, lifted us up as we faced the challenges of recovery. We are thankful for all that was managed during our visit.
If I have not conveyed an apparent reason for writing, please know that when disaster hits and one must trudge through its aftermath, kindness, patience, and respect are most valued. This is what we encountered this morning.
